Special Event Rental

The Main ballroom makes a lovely warm setting for your small event and you have full  kitchen access and gorgeous wood floors for your enjoyment. Rates from $22-150 an hour depending on size of event. Inquire for more details. We are sorry that we are not wheel chair accesible as we are on the second floor of a VERY old building and haven’t an elevator.

Artist Studio available starting at $350/month

The Georgetown Arts and Cultural Center has one Ballroom  studio available starting at $350. We will be starting a waiting list after this one is taken.

 

Ballroom Studio- available now for $350  a month with deposit of $350. All utils ,wifi,kitchen,bath and art walk opportunities included. Come  join this amazing group of Artists NOW! You have to see this 1904 ballroom to believe it. A plush studio with a kitchen? Wow!
